Walking the property was fairly easy. The east side of the property was mostly flat, but the west side sloped upwards. There were open patches of fields with juniper, oak and pine trees throughout. The ground had lots of grass and soft dirt, with numerous small rocks and a few cacti mixed in. There were no signs of electrical lines or water in close proximity to the property. Cell service was 1-3 bars, depending on where on the property I was standing (Verizon).
Overall impression of the property: The parcel is without water or electricity but seems ideal to build an off-grid cabin or year-round home. The area is quite peaceful and quiet, and as much of the land is fairly flat, has great potential. The property was unusual in that there was a rectangular hole dug, as well as random items discarded such as a vintage exercise bike and broken pallets.
