There are no homes in this area yet as most of the properties are just now being sold for the first time in many years. This would be an excellent spot for that get-away home, retirement spot, or investment. Area offers beautiful 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, mesas, and flatlands.
The subdivision corners and boundaries were surveyed and staked. However, the individual lots were not. You may eventually want to have your property surveyed. There are no restrictions on the property. It is zoned AG-1 so built homes, mobiles, and modulars are all allowed. Camping and RV's are allowed on an occasional basis, which would be great when visiting the area. There are no time limits on when to build. There is no requirement that you must ever build. There are no association dues. There are no liens or back taxes owed on the property.
Power, water and telephone are all in the area near the highway exit, but not to these parcels yet. For now water would be by storage or by well if you decide to have one drilled. Sewage would be by septic when you build. Cell phones work nearly everywhere out here. Taxes are only about $13 per year.
