All she can tell is that there is no road to it although there might be a pig trail as you can see in the photo. The property is probably not worth much unless you bought all the lots around it. It is not big enough to have a well and a septic system and she has no knowledge if it would even perk for a septic system even if you had the lots around it. It looks to be covered in cedar trees which makes her think it will not perk. She thinks the only thing it might be worth for is camping on it. She has no idea without a lot of clearing if you could get a camper to it. They don’t have valued much ($1000.00) on this property.
