1.16.02 Tents, Camper and Recreational Vehicles as Temporary Residences
Tent, campers and recreational vehicles, when employed as temporary residences for human occupation, are hereby declared to be a temporary use as defined within these regulations and shall be treated as other temporary buildings and uses, as described in Section 1.12. All the applicable provisions and requirements of Section 1.12 shall apply to tents and campers when employed as temporary residences for a period of more than seven (7) days within any thirty (30) day period. The occupation of tents, campers and recreational vehicles shall be an allowed temporary use in A and RR districts for a period of up to thirty (30) days and in UR districts for a period of up to fifteen (15) days in any calendar year subject to the temporary use renewal provisions contained within Section 1.12, Temporary Buildings and Uses.
