Owner Finance TermsPrice and Terms: 1. Finance with the winning bid down payment then $200 month for 50 months. 2. Winning auction bid is down payment plus a low documentation fee of $95 3. Taxes and HOA fees (if applicable) are prorated in the monthly payment. 4. "Warranty Deed" free of all liens transferred upon full loan payment. 5. No pre-payment penalty – Payoff at any time - No credit checks. The Simple Buying Process: Step 1: Winner must provide contact and email information within 48 hours of auction end to make arrangements for payment of bid amount and doc fee. Step 2: After payment is received, we will email you the "Contract for Deed Purchase Agreement" for electronic signature. Simply sign online and receive a fully signed copy by email. Step 3: Each month you will receive an email invoice, which can be paid by check, credit card, or you can set up an automatic ACH payment. The monthly payment will be $224 ($200 + $14 prorated property taxes + $10 Note Management Fee). Once the loan balance is paid in full, we will transfer ownership with a Warranty Deed guaranteeing your lot free and clear of all liens and taxes.
