Financial Terms 01:
With as little as $1500 down and no credit check or qualification, plus $499 Processing fee we will finance the balance up to 20 years with interest rates at 8.9%. This would be financing provided by a Land Contract, commonly known as a “Contract for Deed.” Seller shall retain title until the Buyer has paid 25% of the principle balance owed on the Land Contract. After the Seller has paid 25% down, the Seller will convey title and take back a first lien mortgage and Note for the remainder of the term.

Second term: with at least 25% down, Seller will provide a Warranty Deed and provide up to 20 years in traditional financing at 7% interest.
