Note: Twin Oaks Harbor Property Owners Association imposes an annual fee of $232.00 for a single lot covering its fiscal year of May 1 – April 30. Owners of multiple lots are assessed an annual fee of $301 for two lots; $350.00 for three lots; $381 for four lots and only a $10 increase for each additional lot beyond four. Dues are paid through April 30, 2023. Owners will be responsible for annual dues beginning on May 1, 2024.
Please note there is a $295.00 documentation fee. This fee covers recording fees to the county, document preparation, legal review, transfer taxes, notary fees and processing costs as we create all the deeds in house.
