$1,000 + $299 Doc Fee; Note: We are flexible, so let us know what works for you and we can put a payment plan together that works for you. All financing is done in-house, as a result we do not run any credit checks nor charge prepayment penalties, interest or balloon payments. All monthly payments include principal, note fee of $20, prorated taxes and if applicable prorated HOA fees. These payments are automated monthly via credit/debit card using our PCI compliant provider (authorize.net.)
