They are two roads that go near the land and some trails as you see them in Google Earth. The terrain varies, the land is a rolling mound of hills and rolls with an elevation of approximately 4,300 to 4,400 ft. The property is square with dimensions of 1,320 x 1,320 ft. To visit the property you will need a SUV or pickup truck, we don’t know the road conditions, and you will need a GPS to locate it. Directions: From Christmas Valley Hwy turn north to Fossil Lake Rd. and drive for 3.5 miles, turn right to the dirt road and drive for 1.92 miles, turn right again and continue. From this point the property northeast corner is approximately 1,400 ft south.

The cost of living in Lake County is lower than the national average making it very appealing to potential residents. Outdoor sports are unlimited for all ages and all seasons. Thousands acres of wildlife refuges are set aside primarily for wildfowl. Facilities for golf, racquetball, tennis, boating, mountain biking, horseback riding, white water rafting, jet boat excursions and sailing sports keep the outdoor person involved. Winter sports feature ice-skating, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
