Point Blank is a city in San Jacinto County, Texas, United States. The population was 688 at the 2010 census. An early French settler gave the community the name Blanc Point circa the 1850s, which was later changed to Point Blank Geography Point Blank is located at 30°44′50″N 95°12′40″W (30.747241, -95.211138) along the banks of Lake Livingston.
