ACCESS ISSUE: There is a locked gate on the FM170 side of the property, making it inaccessible from that side. The owner of certain surrounding lots also put a gate and lock on the other side, the Washington Avenue side. So currently the property is not accessible until the other owner grants access. I have called and texted him but so far there has not been access granted. I am unsure what would be needed in order to force access.


In regards to the FM170 side, I have reached out to the individual that has placed the lock on the gate but have not yet received a key for this. I also reached out to the county land commissioner and they directed me to the Sheriff's Office I called them and they said they would have a police officer call me back but haven't heard back as of today.


Property has been specifically discounted due to this access issue. Seller will not be solving this problem and any buyer would need to assume and fix this issue.
