Head north towards Dell City on RR 1437.
Turn left on Lutrick Road. Follow Lutrick Road to the the Tee with Lynch Road (Approximately 4 miles).
Turn left on Lynch Road. Follow it to the Tee with Guitar Road.
Turn right on Guitar Road.
Take the first left onto an unnamed gravel road (approximately 1 mile).
Follow that road for approximately 3.5 miles. Lot is on the left 2500 feet from the unnamed gravel road. There is a platted easement that leads to the south side of the lot.
