The Lot is fairly flat, dropping only 13 feet over the length of the lot. The lot has easy access to Ranch Road 1437 through a dirt road running through the north side of the lot. The vegetation is mostly grass and scrub brush, with some trees in the eastern part of the lot. There is small intermittent stream that runs from the southwest corner of the lot to the northeast corner of the lot. There are some trees along the stream. The lot lies approximately 10 and a half miles from Dell City which has several shops providing necessities for the home and ranch. However, it is also less than one and a half hours from the center of El Paso, Texas, which has abundant shopping opportunities. With this much acreage, you can run horses or a few head of cattle, hunt, or spend your time relaxing to the amazing mountain views surrounding the area.
Directions to Lot:
From the intersection of US Highway 62/180 and Texas Ranch Road 1437,
Head north towards Dell City on RR 1437.
Turn right on an unnamed dirt road (Approximately 3.1 miles).
Turn left at the second dirt road you come to (approximately 0.15 miles).
Turn right onto the first dirt road you come to (approximately 0.15 miles).
Follow that road for approximately 0.1 mile. The road enters the northern part of the Lot near this point.
