Westview Land is a real estate investment company and has been in business since January 2008. About 7 years ago transitioned from a focus on single family homes to primarily investing in land in California. We typically purchase land in foreclosure sales for super deep discounts, and then sell those properties for prices still discounted off of market value. We have different investor partners and therefore different LLC's by which we own and sell land. Our LLC's are: Albrae Equities, LLC Seal Birch Investments, LLC Land CA, LLC Pinecrest Investments, LLC We purchase land in urban, suburban and rural areas with various types of zoning: residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial.
