There offers are bullshit offers, even below county appraisers valuations. Don't give away your property. Findout what it's worth before you even think about selling

I stumbled across a listing on this website for a lot that my nephew has been trying to buy for years, sending letters to the Corporate owner with no response. I couldn't believe it, here it was and for below market. I didn't deal with Drew directly but my nephew was very pleased with him. It's not even one week since finding the listing and he's now the proud owner of the lot behind his mother's house, which now doubles their yard size. I haven't yet found the lots I'm looking for but I will continually check Drew's listings until I do. Thank you!
