Hello fellow land investors, I’m Shane. I was born in Michigan, raised in Florida, and currently live in Arizona. I believe that the dream of owning private property should be available to everyone. I am offering a wide variety of off-grid affordable land all over Arizona, Florida, California, Colorado, and beyond.. I worked in commercial real estate, advertising, and started buying land while I was in law school. I have chosen to focus on land investing in my backyard of sunny Arizona, I also invest all over the southwest, midwest, and Florida. Over time, I have tested and refined my system for buying land at discounts and passing the savings on to my buyers. On average, I sell these vacant lots for 50-80% below market value and I am not interested in squeezing out more profit in each transaction. My goal is to sell many lots over time and to have many satisfied clients for a lifetime.
