Once Upon a Brick Inc. Land Investments

This company doesn’t own any of these homes that they have listed. I called the county in which these homes are located and for the five I asked for they informed me that the county themself actually owned them. The county also informed me that their fraud department was now investigating this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER THIS IS A SCAM! RUN!!!

Peter was excellent to work with, very professional. I would gladly work with him again

Peter is exceptionally professional, very integral and I appreciate the connection with Once Upon A Brick. I have several parcels of land from him and I have had absolutely NO issues. He's accessible, he's practical and the fact that they offer financing with 0% interest is a blessing in itself. All of the parcels are extremely affordable in comparison to others I have done business with. Very grateful for this connection. He's super solid.

Great service and pricing. Really happy with my purchase of being able to buy land with no interest and credit checks. Got a property for $49 a month for 36 months. Peter was great to work with and friendly!
