State Roads 60 and 630 course east and west through the center of the subdivision. The Florida Turnpike is a few miles to the east. Nearby, Indian Lakes Estates, a very nice residential community borders the subdivision along its northeast edge. Lake Kissimmee and the Kissimmee River, which flows south into the Everglades, are approximately one half mile from the eastern edge of the subdivision. Several smaller lakes are found to the north.
