This property is located approximately 35 miles from the town of West Wendover NV/Wendover Utah and access to the highway is easily located by travelling Southeast on Pilot Road. There is a Interestate 80 access and exit ramp at the Pilot Road Access. The town of Montello is located the North on Pilot Road 16 miles. There is a Post Office, Elementary School, Motel/Gas/Grocery store, Bar, Cemetary, Town Park and Water Fill Station. The water fill station is maintained by the town and operated by Elko County Water and offers non-potable water to Elko County rural property residents.
