Richard and the team at Elk Creek were great to work with in buying a property in Utah. Dealings were sound. I was surprised when they offered a warranty deed which is pretty rare in the land business. They were patient and allowed us to take our time too ensure it was the right property four needs. Richard was transparent and quick to follow up with paperwork and adjustments / corrections, etc. I have bought land in Utah and Nevada and this was a refreshing and straightforward exchange. I recommend working with Elk Creek and will consider them in the future.

Richard was thoughtful in finding the right property for us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because he was not able to be there for the first property walk through which turned out to be a directional misunderstanding. He did however make it there for the viewing of the second property which my husband loved and decided to get.
